I was invited to a wedding which took place today. A few weeks back, I was excited to attend the wedding, and I even started trying to save up as I had nothing to wear. After going through my clothes, I was able to settle for one as this also went along with the colour of the day (white, pink, and gold).
I got my white cloth ready, had the cap material bought and sewn by my tailor. I even had to sew a pair of slippers to wear as I literally had nothing new to wear. All this was done within 1 week, and I had at least a month to plan properly, but I was indecisive about whether I would be able to attend.
Today came, and I am really glad that I was able to attend. See some new faces and visit places I had never being too as the wedding venue was new to me. I am really happy for the newest couples in town, and I pray that their new month is blessed (Amen).
