Es muy loco mirar para atrás ver las cosas que viviste o las que te acuerdes siempre a sabiendas que los recuerdos mienten un poco pero con la claridad de que lo aprendido no se borra y no se puede cambiar. Hoy miro para atrás y hace más de 12 años que conocí el Crossfit. Una actividad que en su momento para mí fue desconocida completamente porque incluso en su país de origen era muy nueva cuando me inicié. Si bien siempre había entrenado diferentes actividades el hábito de entrenar a diario lo tenía eda constancia que te van dando los deportes desde chico la había aprendido y mi gusto por hacer alguna actividad también. Lo que sí había perdido era la pasión o el amor por una actividad por las que había estado haciendo siempre eran deportes que yo hice desde pequeño entonces eran naturales y un poco por las decepciones y otro poco por mi edad para los deportes a nivel profesional fue amainando ese amor.
It is very crazy to look back at the things you lived or the things you remember always knowing that memories lie a little but with the clarity that what you have learned can not be erased and can not be changed. Today I look back and more than 12 years ago I met Crossfit. An activity that at the time was completely unknown to me because even in its country of origin was very new when I started. Although I had always trained in different activities, I had learned the habit of training daily, and I had learned the constancy that sports give you since I was a child, and my taste for doing some activity as well. What I had lost was the passion or love for an activity for which I had always been doing were sports that I did since I was a child so they were natural and a little by the disappointments and another little by my age for sports at the professional level was fading that love.
Esta actividad llegó a mi como una sorpresa, yo sin buscarla la encontré de casualidad a la vuelta de una esquina en donde un cartel decía. POCO CONVENCIONAL Automáticamente quise saber qué era eso. Y me mande a preguntar. Al día siguiente estaba tomando una prueba que iba a dar inicio a una gran parte de mi vida. Al terminar la prueba, la cual fue dura para mi pesar de estar entrenado nada tenía que ver con eso, pregunte si se podía ir todos los días y así fue. Todos los días de lunes a sábado a la salida de mi trabajo yo estaba ahí listo para aprender un movimiento, una idea nueva, un fracaso, un volver a intentar. Tuve la suerte de estar en el primer lugar de Argentina y los entrenadores que también eran los primeros en esa actividad eran realmente personas apasionadas y con esa pasión dedicaban su tiempo a enseñarnos y transmitir eso mismo que ellos sentían.
This activity came to me as a surprise, without looking for it I found it by chance around a corner where a sign said. I automatically wanted to know what it was. And I sent myself to ask. The next day I was taking a test that was going to start a big part of my life. At the end of the test, which was hard for me even though I was trained to do nothing to do with it, I asked if I could go every day and I did. Every day from Monday to Saturday after work I was there ready to learn a move, a new idea, a failure, a try again. I was lucky to be in the first place in Argentina and the trainers who were also the first in that activity were really passionate people and with that passion they dedicated their time to teach us and transmit that same feeling they had.

Al año de estar entrenando y haber aprendido bastante decidí que quería vivir de eso algun dia dando clases y enseñando a otros lo mismo que yo estaba aprendiendo así fue que me compre un ticket para irme a chile y hacer mi primer curso internacional como instructor de Crossfit. Al volver seguí entrenando por un tiempo sin saber que se estaba gestando algo re bueno. Había otras personas que querían tener sus propios gimnasio pero no tenían entrenadores y la actividad se estaba empezando a conocer. Pasó un tiempo más y esa propuesta llegó a mi, ser entrenador de un box de crossfit.
After a year of training and having learned a lot I decided that I wanted to make a living from it someday giving classes and teaching others what I was learning, so I bought a ticket to go to Chile and do my first international course as a Crossfit instructor. When I came back I continued training for a while without knowing that something really good was brewing. There were other people who wanted to have their own gyms but they didn't have trainers and the activity was starting to be known. Some more time passed and that proposal came to me, to be a crossfit box trainer.
Esta actividad representa un montón de cosas hermosas que sin saber me las iba a obsequiar estar ahí. Amigos y personas increíbles con la que he compartido viajes, comidas, entrenamientos, muchas risas y mucho mate. Es un lugar en donde aprendí muchos aspectos de mi conducta que después pude trasladar a mi vida y me sirven hoy como guía para aplicar en muchos aspectos.
Conocí a la mujer con quien tuve dos hermosos muchachines a quienes ya conocen y de quien también aprendí infinidad de cosas y con quien experimente cosas geniales como viajar, vivir por primera vez en pareja, vivir en el extranjero podría seguir todo el día mostrándoles y contando anécdotas.
This activity represents a lot of beautiful things that without knowing I was going to be there. Incredible friends and people with whom I have shared trips, meals, training sessions, lots of laughs and lots of mate. It is a place where I learned many aspects of my behavior that later I was able to transfer to my life and serve me today as a guide to apply in many aspects.
I met the woman with whom I had two beautiful boys whom you already know and from whom I also learned countless things and with whom I experienced great things like traveling, living for the first time as a couple, living abroad and I could go on all day showing you and telling you anecdotes.
No se si todos tenemos esos lugares que descubrimos y nos cambiaron para siempre. Pero qué bendición para mi fue conocer Crossfit. Hoy sigo conservando amigos, familia y tengo un nuevo amor que se formó allí.
I don't know if we all have those places that we discovered and changed us forever. But what a blessing it was for me to learn about Crossfit. Today I still have friends, family and a new love that was formed there.
