Was 276 Billion The Bottom For Crypto!

I think we hit the bottom today!, if so this is great! Crypto is in for it's biggest year. Us SEC is meeting to discuss Crypto Currency, ICO, and ETF's. I feel this is the start of a major bull run. Im not a financial adviser so do your won research this is my opinion only but sure looks good if that was the bottom. Let me know your thoughts on the matter!
