As previously said, as part of our culture, each province has its unique specialties and products that we are proud of.
Today, I'd like to present you with our very own Tambis-Tambis and Sasema. This is a very popular delicacy in our province.
As far as I recall, one of our neighbors used to manufacture this for a living. She used to make it and sell it in our town's souvenir shop, as well as do made-to-orders for any event such as birthdays, festivals, and so on.
So I didn't waste any time during my vacation and bought it to bring back to Cebu and present to some of my friends. I hope people enjoy it, which would make me pleased because it is our own product.
