... thank your creator for life-changing opportunities. all i could think to myself as the sun went down was “omg i can’t believe i made it to the sahara!!!!!” there are SO many scary things in life + i think the more willing we are to experience the unknown (solo or with others) we gain an overwhelming sense of empowerment only exposure can give us. it’s basically the moment i had the courage to agree to an adventure i’ve thought about for a very, very long time. travel puts many things in perspective but the biggest takeaway is that bravery will get you places.
