#ExposingExplotation (EE) is a group of individuals which anyone with appropriate skills and commitment to a shared set of values can join. Any assistance with our inaugural investigation will be very helpful.
This investigation (#PedoDare) is centred on protecting children and ensuring child safety online. Preliminary research undertaken by EE indicated that there exists a widespread exploitation of children beneath the surface of nearly every social media platform and online games.
The outcome was that EE decided some research was not satisfactory to highlight the issues, explore preventative measures and risk awareness. It became obvious to us that the need for extensive further investigation was required and this is how we decided we will now be investigating the dark realities of how vulnerable young people are;

ExposingExploitation believes that the value in undertaking this investigation is that these realities are brought to the attention to the public at large and most critically, the parents of any children who spend any amount of time on the internet (whether PC, console or mobile device).
By pursuing our values we expect the result to be that social media platforms where such abuse occurs are held accountable for the existence of such a risk occurring on their platform. These platforms must realise that the service or website they provide is a slimy pit underneath the safe looking exterior where countless mainly paedophilic individuals capitalize the most vulnerable & naïve users on the platform to exploit them.
Secondly, we want to make parents and guardians of children who spend any amount of time online absolutely aware of what the risks could be to their child. We have captured enough evidence to cause every responsible parent to be utterly terrified of the very real dangers. It is an important goal of ours that as further facts, evidence and investigative reporting is produced, those once terrified parents will become knowledgeable & empowered enough to prevent the risk of their children from being exploited online.
Thirdly, we seek to identify these individuals, these pedophiles that groom the children to exploit and possibly attempt to exploit them in real life. We will also seek out any groups that they belong to which would contain others with similar depraved interests.
Any such individual or group who we can prove beyond reasonable doubt is engaging in;
...will be referred as soon as practicable to the relevant Law Enforcement Office or Agency.
Further down the track, we want to establish a system that guarantees or at a bare minimum provides a record trail for accountability for any evidence EE gathered and referred on. We would also like to know that our evidence is either being acted upon by the LEO, further investigated to established apparent crimes beyond ALL reasonable doubt or referred on by the LEO initially approached by us to a more appropriately resourced and capable agency. If such a referral occurs, we would also like to know it was acted upon.
This all looks like an impossible task yet it is what is required to attempt to render proper justice with a proper LEO crossover and referral system.
There are many who desire to make a difference and it’s the goals of #exposingexploitation which will make this desire into reality.

A single person always carries within them the innate spark of potential that can make a momentous change in the world; but a movement, an empassioned and committed team of individuals will change these dark realities and feel empowered knowing that in whatever small way they provided assistance did contribute to the course of justice and providing a safer environment online.

members who contribute to online witness reporting and overall trying to keep the mainstream areas of the internet a little safer from exploitation, scaring away active grooming pedophiles and collecting evidence on them.
Media / Social Media / Researchers
We can always use those who want to investigate issues and bring information to the group to be used for various reasons such as journalism, media production, providing leads or evidence etc…
Such information can then be used by our Media members who have skills in various forms of media creation, videos, artwork and additional areas. Expert skills in media is needed for the most effective exposure of our work to a bigger audience, so the more the merrier.
OutReach
Users who want to contact other members within the online community, Law Enforcement, Journalists, Youtubers and anyone that should be notified or may wish to work with us. Anyone with a public relations, political or child protection and education would be extremely valuable to us.
New to Steemit
We are quite new to this platform and have been attracted to it specifically for some of the unique features that are unique to Steemit. We will also be adding IPFS and D.tube crossover accounts to @Ex-exploitation to help spread our vital message. It is going to be a bit of a learning exercise in becoming adept at Steemit and interacting with other like-minded groups of Steemers. Please bear with us as we further progress with Steemit. Currently assistance would be greatly appreciated on using d.tube and IPFS.
Let us reiterate that we strive to be a community that works with the law not against it, it’s our belief that many areas in our world, does not have law enforcement with enough resources to handle the vast amount of exploitation ongoing in the online world. It’s our desire to be a step towards the solution to this problem, to educate others on the numerous risks involved and to provide collected evidence for referral to appropriate Law Enforcement Officials (LEO) or agencies for the apprehension of criminals and the pursuit of justice.
The time is well overdue for a collective effort to take place online where any concerned citizen, or netizen, can contribute to lessen or better yet, remove entirely the reality of online exploitation. We all have a responsibility to do so.
@Ex-Exploitation is going to be looking at the current state of governmental child protection agencies, charities and initiatives to try to help guide concerned members of the public towards the right avenue for action. We will be taking into consideration any income earned from our Steemit and/or d.tube going to worthy causes related to the ending of child exploitation and child trafficking. Perhaps as part of choosing which such agency is genuine and trustworthy enough to donate to, we will talk with them and see what their standing and impact is for fighting child abuse and exploitation.
