I was pushed almost by force to keep on training on the new drawing toy. I managed to do everything I had to and finally took it out of the box and try some new stuff.
My dream is to be able to use Photoshop for the drawings. They don't have to be great or professional. But I would like to feel comfortable with the program, pad and the pen to be able to get things done fast. You know... like I know what I am doing and clicking and getting the result because this is what I want and now this is what I came up with by accident.
The pink hair girl (a selfie except that I don't have pink hair... nor fringe...) was done in an online free editor.
Then I watched some youtube videos how to draw nose and other face parts. So obviously after opening Photoshop I started with that. A day without drawing some faces is a day wasted!
Took me a while to find the brush I wanted. Damn I just love that pencil effect!!
And I think the nose came out pretty decent :p
I got bored.. come on.. how many lips can I draw?
So I started to look what else is there. Trying brushes, effects and how they complement each other. And
I came to conclusions - I have shit loads to learn!! And then I came to second conclusion: After I figure out which brush I like the most and what effect I like... its gonna be easy.. I probably don't even need the rest. Just quickly grab the ones I like. Boyyaaa :) I see progress!
With all the testing and trying I ended up (still purely by accident) with this apple. I used 3 different tools/brushes here.
And again... three completely different styles..
Ok. I think it's enough gibberish for today.
Progress noted and saved in the blockchain :)
