I understand the change it is a cool option actually if someone who wants to limit the votes.

But why not keep both options? Why removing the daily limit instead of adding an option for weekly limits?

Right now if I would like to vote someone once a day, I have to put limit to 7. What if that person posts 3 times a day? I vote every posts for 2 days and then 1 post on 3rd day for the next 4 days I will not vote anything.
It will actually make very hard to manage the VP.
