I always liked to draw. Not really good stuff... just some random doodles.
I also liked art classes in school. So the drawing/painting/creating thingies was always there, just never really in full swing. Few weeks ago I found an easy and free online app that I could some simple drawing in. You can see those on and off scattered in posts.
Then few days ago we ordered a drawing pad so I could actually do something more with the need to create... something. I dunno what yet. Just some random stuff. Maybe improve a bit - that would be nice too.
There is still so much to learn in the program itself. I would love to use Photoshop, but that is just which craft. And I am still getting use to the pad and pen itself.. so I will still draw hundreds of flowers hearts and random words. Testing different pens and effects and layers.
Now about the style issue. I really, REALLY love those messy sketches that seem to have so many unnecessary lines, but they all somehow fit and create the image and add feel to it. Something like what I did above.
But I also love the clean style with clean lines, sharp edges and colours that you can see where they end and change. Not necessarily realistic things... just fun, exaggerated..
This is something I used to draw in with a mouse before getting pad. I am sure you remember those if you had a look at some posts.
And lastly I love the typical Game drawings and water paints.....
Is it possible to draw/paint in all of them?
And not having one style that you love to create with?
