I never even heard of LAB serum :D You mentioned that some people don't like sourdough and that's the only thing I know. My sister used to make it for a while. Then she stopped. I love baking! Breads,

It looks really great! I love sourdough breads, but I cant get myself to do the starter and always end up making regular yeast breads or quick scones.
