Yesterday, STEEM/BTC flash crashed on binance from 960 satoshis to 110 satoshis (down 88%) within just 1 minute!

It sure looks like a glitch, because the price rebounded within the next minute back to 950 satoshis.

Whatever it was, this looks fishy.

Not sure yet, if this is good news (market cleared, low found) or bad news (manipulation, glitch, security issue, trading volume issue on binance).
