Some altcoins are mooning but HIVE is not (yet) -> interactions are more scarce in bad times than in good times.
Initial enthusiasm for HIVE is fading (that's not a bad thing, it's cyclical anyway)
People are waiting for HF24 and the price to moon.
People are still dealing with the COVID fallout -> people reorganizing their lives takes time.
