The first time I visited Evkovka Park in the afternoon was by accident. That day I was waiting for the hostess of the rented apartment. I wanted to see flat for future living with my family. The woman was late and I decided to ride a bike around the surrounding courtyards and neighborhoods. Park Evkovka was relatively close.
The next time I took pictures here on a frosty winter night. But I think this is the best series of photos about this place, since it turned out to be the most emotional and mystical.
I really like places where there are small differences in elevation, there is a river or a lake, where it is all adjacent to apartment buildings.
After that walk and the appearance of these photos, I began to look for similar places in Vologda.
It turned out that it’s not so easy to find a place that meets the same criteria. But I did it! And soon you will be able to see even more mysticism in atmospheric night photos. It will be something else, but no less impressive. That's enough spoilers.
I would be happy if my childhood passed in such a place!
Although, in my childhood I played with friends in similar places. There were all the same five-story panel houses, and right in the courtyard there was a swampy lake.
Here you can come up with just a great many diverse games!
In our youth, we also liked to relax in the company of friends in similar places. But now it’s empty, and in the afternoon I didn’t see anyone here. Only lonely people go out for a walk with the dog before bedtime.
I do not know if I will regret if the Evkovka park is improved, but I know for sure that I like the state in which it is now.
