Eating unhealthy is a tough thing to deal with honestly. It's hard changing what we are used to. I would say you could try things like: Remove as many snackable eating options, quick things to grab where it does not take much effort or prep to make. Things that are you big on snacking you may have to stop buying until it's more in control. The more you want something and do not given in to allowing yourself to have is a lot of time the only way to really break the habit. Ofc, also with the meal preping this is how you will be "forcing" yourself to eat healthier basing meals around what you want to see yourself eating. However this looks to you. It does not need to be salads and all the "healthy" foods that you see everyone eating. Sometimes eating healthy can just look like eating better portion sizes of what foods you already like eating. Allowing those foods to fit within your calories.
