Garfield print oversize style ensemble

un saludo mi querida comunidad @needleworkmonday esta vez les comparto un proyecto muy especial como es un conjunto versátil que puede fácilmente usarse tanto para estar cómodas en casa como también al momento de dormir. Una de las cosas que me gustó de este conjunto es su estampado de Garfield ya que me encanta este personaje. Este modelo es un estilo oversize, ya que la ropa holgada es tendencia y con esta nos sentimos súper cómoda.

Greetings my dear community @needleworkmonday this time I share with you a very special project as it is a versatile set that can easily be used both to be comfortable at home and also at bedtime. One of the things I liked about this outfit is its Garfield print since I love this character. This model is an oversize style, since baggy clothes are trendy and with this one we feel super comfortable.

Iniciamos este nuevo proyecto del cual quedé enamorada con el resultado uno por el modelo y otro por lo llamativo del estampado de la tela, cortando todas las piezas necesarias para la confección tanto del shorts como de la franela.

We started this new project of which I was in love with the result, one for the model and the other for the striking print of the fabric, cutting all the necessary pieces for the making of both the shorts and the flannel.

Podemos comenzar haciendo cualquiera de los dos piezas del conjunto, Yo inicie por la franela, uniendo la parte de los hombros, luego las mangas cuadrando ambas piezas con el contorno de la sisa y por último cerramos por ambos costados.

We can start by making any of the two pieces of the set, I started with the flannel, joining the part of the shoulders, then the sleeves squaring both pieces with the contour of the armhole and finally we close on both sides.

Por último para finalizar con la franela le colocamos el cuello y cosemos el ruedo de las mangas y la parte inferior con la aguja doble

Finally, to finish with the flannel, we place the collar and sew the sleeve hem and the lower part with the double needle.

Ahora para el short unimos ambas piezas por el tiro delantero y trasero, este modelo no tiene costura por los costados. Luego por las entrepiernas. El siguiente paso es colocar la elástica en la pretina o cintura. Para adornar elabore un cordon con la misma tela y se lo puse en el frente de la parte delantera.

Now for the shorts, we join both pieces together at the front and back, this model has no seams on the sides. Then through the crotch. The next step is to place the elastic at the waistband. To decorate, I made a cord with the same fabric and put it on the front of the front part.
