At least you won’t have any big renos to do in a long time when you do everything almost at once. We have basically everything still looming in the horizon and I’m just doing decorative stuff that is fairly cheap.

I fucking love owning my own house, no matter what kind of hardships it brings. I never felt good in rented spaces and I don’t think it’s smart to pay 650€ in rent when you can pay off a house with that instead.
