Knitwear does stretch, no matter what kind, that is just the nature of the construction of the stitches. You do have to prepare for that and knit a smaller size, and sometimes that is very hard to predict. This was sort of a test knit and I’m already making a cashmere one that is a bit smaller. What you can do though if the wool knit stretches is to wash it in hot water and if you are brave enough, throw it in a drier too, buy you might end up with a doll sizes version id you don’t know what you are doing 😆
