I used to use Mac gel liner and I did like it but can’t be bothered with the mess of using a brush, prefer felt tip pens now. Yes, Tattoo Liner dried out sooooo fast! Stila stays moist a lot longer, the only thing why it isn’t perfect is that it’s a little shiny, so I usually go over it with a bit of black eyeshadow.
