”Sun’s out, bun’s out” doesn’t really work when it’s 10 degrees below zero but the mood is all there when the sun makes an appearance.
We are around the darkest time of the year but weather gods have truly blessed us by giving a proper winter already. It’s not unheard of but usually winter is very on/off in early December on these latituted, and only stays consistently at sub zero after Christmas.
The snow makes all the difference when the sun is up only for five hours. When ever it is visible, it everything is super bright with all the snow reflecting it everywhere.
I was supposed to take a selfie where you could see I’m surrounded by snow, but instead I’m surrounded by the hood. The hood is super warm and perfect for the real winter weather tho so it fits the picture.
And now back to my scheduled programming; Christmas gifts need to be made!
