I'm in the same boat with a loud neighbor living above me. He likes to constantly drop things on the floor in the dead of night. Now, I se the benefit of living on the top floor of any building so that I won't have to go through this in the future. If I got rich, I'd buy the building and have the entire upper floors to myself.
