Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect. I call these the "wet streets cause rain" stories. Paper's full of them.

I was sitting on the patio..smoking a ceegar ( I do that a lot)

The christmas lights were all lit up.

Last year we got a

it projects a bunchaton of little laser dots..
and they move.

So I was sitting there watching the pretty lights...move across the patio, the sidewalk, the grass lawn, up the stone wall, then up the three story building across the way. I couldn't see the red very well but I could see the green. I could see them maybe fifty yards a way. They continued climbing up into the sky.

Then and airplane flew over........

and it

CRASH!

Remember all those headlines a few years ago?

BOGUS!

If one leeetle red dot laser pointer could blind a pilot hundreds of yards away, flying at hundreds of miles an hour...my little star shine do-hicky should have done the same...
