Chaplin, a “Professor of Early American History,” was trying to make a point about the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris Climate Scam, that somehow the United States was “created by [the] international community in [the] Treaty of Paris in 1783,” and that it “betrays” the same international community — an imaginary phrase globalists use to describe something that doesn’t exist — by withdrawing from the globalist redistribution of U.S. wealth scheme.
