I still think that they would make FANTASTIC apartments. Take the wind 'turbine' Off . It weights a couple of hundred thousand pounds. The tower has to be STRONG to support it and the dynamic forces involved. That means the tower would be more than strong enough to hold a tiny home. (or maybe NOT so tiny)
