1 in 3 people around the world have never used the Internet, a U.N. report estimates. Around 37 percent of the world's population, or 2.9 billion people, have still never used the Internet — and most of them live in developing countries,
Hmm again. Ok. Three thousand million people do not have access to the internet as of, oh, let's say to day. A million people are getting online ever day. Hang on. (math is hard) that would mean in three thousand days everyone on earth would be online? (check my work) that would be 8.219178 years, unless something better comes along before then.
