I seriously doubt that there are very many tribes who haven't been affected by modern civilization. Perhaps a few.

With the advent of Musk's Starlink the number of people without access to the internet will dwindle to a very few. Last I checked the growth of the internet still hasn't slowed down even without Starlink. When starlink comes online it will grow even faster.
