What a fantastic start to the growing year! YUM! I hear you on the food footsteps instead of miles being healthy for your fam. It's one of the things I'm trying to get my head around this year now that we've settled into the north of the north instead of the south of the south here in the UK - much shorter growing season, harsher and saltier conditions... and the WIND!
