Great write-up. What I have learnt here is,

We can not know our mistakes if we don't make them. If one needs to be wise, one needs to make mistakes most times unconsciously and learn from their mistakes if it is pointed out to them.

No one is perfect, that is why even the older men and women or the elderly ones still make mistakes.

How we treat our pupils or students or those around us when they make mistakes determines how they respond to us when next we point out their mistakes to them. Treat them with love or discipline with love and still draw them back to yourself.
