The truth is that I have spent many hours inside a cinema hall watching movies (we used to go for a movie at least once a week and when I was a student more often).

And yes, I can feel you. People can be annying inside a movie hall. They can make all kind of noises,i.g. answer their phones during the screening, take photos, eat -loudly usually.
(Fun fact: In the 1990s, the cinema in Greece used to serve souvlaki in the intermission and the whole cinema hall smelled like a bbq).

But luckily my partner loves movies too and we watch a lot of movies together either in cinemas or at home. We try to ignore the others and stay focused in the movie. (Not easy every time... When we watched Dune, there were a bunch of young girls in the hall that sighed and giggled every time Timothe Chalamet made an appearance).
But, in my opinion, that's something that adds in the experience of the movie.
Oh, did I mention that I first met my partner at a cinema hall? I will always remember that particular film due to that.
