Delegation

--
Delegation here on steemit means deciding whether or not to entrust your power to another person for use.

This is essentially what I have received upon joining, to be able to function in this society more efficiently.
My question is.. (you'll see me use this phrase a lot.. I am very curious!)

Where is this delegation coming from and is there a way to see who's delegated to you?

I'm curious as to why I've got 27~ SP delegated to me, specifically.
Why not 4?
Why not 50?
Why not 22.22?
Why is it the amount it is and where is it coming from?

A solid answer would be appreciated, if anyone can provide one!
Thank you in advance! :)
