早上起床女儿就跑过来说：“今天弟弟过生日！”我便装扮不知道，我说是今天吗？她很肯定的说：“今天是弟弟过2岁生日，还要吃生日蛋糕”！我便笑了起来，明白了她的“小心思”。于是我抱过她说：“蛋糕昨天都定好了，中午拿回来就行了”。女儿说是小猪佩奇蛋糕还是火车蛋糕，还是芭比娃娃蛋糕，很多的猜测嘀咕了一会……看着她那可爱的样子，我便微笑看着她。S

菜上来了，家人们边吃边聊，各个部门都有，大家平时上班难得在一起边吃边聊，你一言我一语的，氛围很好没有冷场和陌生感，就连新加入的两位外场兄弟也给大家“加深了印象”用的是最传统的“酒文化”！本次聚餐以吃为主，喝酒为辅，最后大家酒足饭饱回家，到家后还在群里已文字的形式表明自己已安全到家！^

第一轮各组的成绩很一般平均高度1米左右；第二轮开始之前让各组进行了总结分享，以及给大家讲述了团队协作很重要，应为第一轮看到有一个小组意见不同意，方案不认同，还没定下来怎么制作就有人已经把报纸撕开了……第二轮开始的时候把时间缩短，而且就发两张报纸，最后的结果与上一轮比较进步很大，其中一组高度达到1.7米，直接是进步，而且每组的思路制作都很用心，很坚固！I

今天在1楼前台值班一位坐着轮椅的女客人刚从楼上下来，这是我和保安部的家人们一起帮助他的朋友们安全的“着落”到车场。这时刚巧伟哥也看到，并马上让我到前台拿两个毛绒玩具要赠送给这位女客人，拿到后伟哥小跑到车场很热情的双手递上。可以看出客人很出乎意料显得很开心的样子。后来明白伟哥的意思，像这样的客人在此情况还选择了我们，也是对我们的认同和支持，也反应出我们平时对客人的关注和服务的态度。^
