As I age, I find that the more I practice empathy, openness and being understanding, it became harder for me to get angry with people or situations that would have ticked me off easily when I was younger.

I know of many people to tolerate their husbands/wives for the sake of the children. The sacrifices of
being a parent, so they advised me.
