“At times you have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself”
Maybe you have realized that pretty much everyone has experienced a gut feeling that unconscious reasoning that propels us to do something without telling us why or how, the result is usually increased energy and power, and a sense of things flowing.
The soul made a living mirror of itself, our actions, emotions and sense perceptions, our intuition is always there, whether we're aware of it or not.
Intuition is the vision of the conscience in calm, it is to give way to something that blooms, that is challenging to define, despite the huge role it plays in our everyday lives. So, could say that it is the mental or spiritual faculty that enables us to give existence, apparently from nothing, to something that possesses beauty, order or meaning.
In the lake of intuition, free from the waves of thought, the silence can see the unruffled reflection of the moon of the soul, when you listen to your inner voice, the more you trust your intuition, the stronger you become and happy you become whereas the mind works in possibilities, the intuition works in actualities, and what you intuitively desire, that is possible to you.
Sometimes they place intuition close to inspiration and consequently bring it closer to the soul. The writer and co-founder of the website The Huffington Post, Arianna Huffington, said in her book Thrive:
"Even when we're not at a fork in the road, wondering what to do and trying to hear that inner voice, our intuition is always there, always reading the situation, always trying to steer us the right way. But can we hear it? Are we paying attention? Are we living a life that keeps the pathway to our intuition unblocked? Feeding and nurturing our intuition, and living a life in which we can make use of its wisdom, is one key way to thrive, at work and in life"
Intuition is the touch of the spirit that creates a vision with meaning, a relevant vision because to make our best decisions, we need a balance, which serves to close the gap between instinct and reasoning, and rational thinking.
But beyond common experience, and in seeking this balance, we will finally put into action all the resources of our brain, and just as solitude can help give rise to creative thinking, it can also help us connect to our deepest inner wisdom.
The greatest sages of old spoke of a time when man would not need others to tell them where to go because they would instinctively know the right direction and I have often found that intuition speaks with an emotionless, simple and direct message, usually without many details.
Visionaries are simply dreamers who do not limit ability with feeble thinking when the mind usually feels frayed and frantic with a jumble of fearful and worried thoughts, the heart and emotions feel confused and equally scattered, but the "gut" or the "intuitive mind" is quiet and steady, like the deep water current flowing under a choppy sea.
Intuition, a means of attuning himself to the rhythms and harmonies of reality at large, perhaps these are the right choices for you, but part of becoming more intuitive, is understanding that the path you think you should take isn’t necessarily the one that will best serve you.
Life doesn't need to be navigated with lessons because the intuitive process is an adventure. There are new discoveries around every corner, and we always have the power to the silent voice.
"When you go with the flow of life and listen to your intuition, you are shown what you need to know by the incredible synchronicity that surrounds you daily and guides you through smoke screens and mirrored rooms"
