I tried to see if I could think of another song, but no—it was the only one that came to mind on this topic. It doesn't address it directly, but in my head, it lends itself to doing so in a subliminal way. You know this band, so maybe it was just my fan imagination making me see their songs as the first options that come to mind.
Hi everyone in the HIVE OPEN MIC community It’s
@eudarcabello here, and this time I’m participating in Week 333, titled Sober. I didn’t want to leave this post until the last minute—I always do my best to post on time each week, and this time I tried harder than ever, but it still happened. I hope to stay on schedule from now on, for real. The crazy thing is that I finally finished my grad school exams—they were really driving me nuts—even though I’m already out of the program because I failed one of the courses. As for my thesis, I’m still being a bit lazy about it, though it’s actually a project for my current job. So even though I’m no longer in the Marine Biology grad program, its shadow still haunts me. Let’s hope it’s over soon so I can see if another opportunity for grad school comes up. The song I chose was a huge hit in past decades; the lyrics are short, and I think I’ll have them etched in my memory forever. That happens to me with very few songs, and I realized it’s not that complicated—maybe that’s why. For me, this band was the best around at the time; they were super popular because of their awesome vibe, and of course, Natalia Jiménez’s voice added so much to it. Anyway, it’s time to talk about the song, which is titled “The sun won't come back”. I didn’t want to keep thinking to see if another song would come to mind; I’m happy with how my choice turned out for this theme. Without a doubt, I needed to do this—to fill myself with good vibes for the new week—so it seemed like the right thing to do.

I don't think I'm hoarse anymore, but I'm not really trying to hit the right notes for this song anyway—maybe I should have, after all, it's probably the last song I'll ever do for Hive at this age. I'll be turning 33 next year, and 3 is my favorite number—this time with a two, so I hope it brings a lot of success.
I don't really relate to this topic; maybe the only addiction I have is to sugar or screen time. I thought I was on Team Heat, but it’s been unbearable these past few days. I’m thinking about buying an air conditioner for my room—maybe it’s time to treat myself to that gift. My current one has been with me for quite a while now, and since it’s kind of asking to be let go, I’ll let it go in peace. So I’m looking into taking out a loan through an app to treat myself to that gift before my birthday. Let’s hope everything works out great.
I try to let all the things in my life flow, I might try to force everything a little bit, like with the Marine Biology postgraduate course or trying to be constant in Hive, but whatever ends up turning out, I know I will know how to accept it. Grateful for all the good things that have happened to me and the bad things that I have gotten rid of, for your support, I hope you also visit my other posts, good luck with your content and see you next week.
