You are right. I didn't get to see how the concept went in KL, and unfortunately, I'm missing BCN too. HiveFest finances mean that it can't stand on its own at a worthwhile scale, and it's not attracting new energy. So, as you are doing, pairing HiveFest with something bigger could be a good move. Hopefully, something comes out of rubbing shoulders - there are a lot of synergistic opportunities right now, esp with AI.
