Thanks. I tried to share some less obvious tips, such as nutrition and timing. It's not always possible for a traveller to time well though. I've had to do ceremonies in the baking 30+degC direct sunlight for 90mins in a jacket and tie. But yeah, it's much better to time outings to avoid the heat and much better for the environment too.
