Time for some more Q-Pop music from Kazakhstan. 22 SBI contest at the end of the post. Here are five recent releases, and one from earlier in history. A catchy track just short enough to leave you wanting more. Lots of those stabby brass hits I love so much with oodles of K-Pop vibes make this track a real banger. On Solga has zippier energy than her darker last track Мүмкін емес / Mumkin emes / Impossible - which is also worth a listen.

A song of betrayal. Perfect tone with a marching beat that, marches acceptingly towards the unfolding of an unavoidable decision.

A rich voice and a seeming cacophony of traditional instruments set to exotic rhythms are a gourmet contrast to the current pop offerings.

When I said the boy/girl bands were taking over, this is what I meant. A tight radio length package of sweet and sour voice with electric choreography.

Far eastern rhythms and instruments take us into a sensuous love song. The energy is perfect for lovers getting in the mood.

A pretty song that I return to listen again and again. No apologies for my diction addiction: Kazakhstani consonants shaped with the breath-taking ease of a demi-goddess.
BTW: Last post's EchoTrack, Jah Khaled's Medina turned out to be one of the most played Kazazhstani music videos of 2018! Well deserved I think.
