Happy weekend to you all. Today I will be sharing with you about why you should consider or choose long term investment. I have been reading a post and articles about long term investment and the bear season and as we speak the bear keeps repeating and a lot of people are giving up already.
I will always prefer the long run investment to the short term investment because the returns you get from short term investment are unpredictable and can also go down with a twinkle of an eye.
However, if you desire to build wealth in crypto then you have to be prepared for the bear season as well because there will always be unsteadiness in the value of your holdings.
So what then am i heading to, the first thing you should always consider when making any investment decisions is to know how the market works, tokens in crypto are driven based on the demand placed on it, buying and selling causes the unsteadiness in crypto.
So the best way for you not to be on the high losing side is by considering the long term. Meaning investment that lasts longer than one year and can't still be valuable.
Why more than one Year?
Im my study about long term investment I discovered that it take a long time for the trend to start taking it's shape back. So the trend might take up to three to four years for it to regain and by then your holding might be half of what you invested example is the GLX Genesis League Sports token which was launched early this year, lot of people came into making investment in this token and expect it to be a short term investment that will generate profit with the short period of time, but it is rather unfortunately that it's turned out to be the opposite, as we speak the price value of my holdings has reduced to half of what I invested.
So what If someone is not prepare to waiting long.
There is not other better option than to wait. But if you are not ready to wait it means you are going to loose your money and regret at last then you shouldn't even make investment at all because you are impatient. It will be better if you save up your money instead of making an investment.
If you want to have a massive return then long term is the best option to take. You should stick to that, otherwise you can simply put your money in the bank for savings and earn some interest.
