It's an season for planting, it's farming season
All the farmers are getting (clearing) this farm for planting and I didn't want to be left out.
As an African lady, farming is what I love doing best.
The weather was bright and the sun was set, it's a perfect day and time to clear my bush (farm) and also to burn it up so it's can be ready for planting after the rain fall.
It's wasn't an easy work but thanks to my sister that came and give a helping hand. We were able to finish before dawn.
After clearing of the bush (farm) we burn it, was a bit risk taking cause the fire 🔥 happens to get to the plantain and banana that was planted beside the farm.
We tried to control the fire from going to that axis but it's didn't work out, the wind keep blowing it to that direction.
Now my farm is set and ready for planting 😊
I'm planning to plant maize, cassava and pumpkin in the farm wish it's was big enough to plant more vegetables. I'm still glad I got a farm to plant on 😅 on this farming season 🤗.
Will start planting after the rain fall can't wait 😊.
