I agree on both fronts. We absolutely need decentralized AI, and yes, I think it can outcompete corporate models.

The mistake is treating parameter count like the whole story. Not all parameters carry equal value. Quality beats raw quantity.

And decentralization does not require opacity. The network can be trained on governance as well as content, which helps produce outputs that are consistent, auditable, and deterministic within a chosen framework.
