Framing and sheathing
Been working on framing the outer wall and putting sheating on. Some sections we have been lifting by hand but others that weigh more we used wall jacks. It was my first time using those. A little unnerving

Rim joist and subfloor
Got the 1"-1/8 rim joist installed around the perimeter. Put double on sections where it runs parallel to the floor joists. And then put down 3/4" sheets for the floor. Onto framing next.

Garage pour and floor joists
Well got the permit to continue and was able to get the walls for the garage poured. Got the sill plate down in the house and most of the floor joists up. Some bad weather held up a day or two of my work

Stem walls
Got the stem walls up. I used a hose pump to make things easier. It was the first time i have used one and is well worth it. Didnt finish the garage forms in time so that will wait till another day. Walls

Footings done stem walls are next
Completed the forms for the footings (12x6). And completed the concrete pour soon after. Have to set up for 6×30 inch stem walls next.

Starting a new project
Building a new home on 5 acres. Power and private well already hooked but will still need to run them to house. Starting with the staking out driveway and pad for the home. Will be higher an excavator

If you are looking a for a new game to play I found one. If you liked Age of Empire or Age of Mythology you will most likely enjoy this title. It is similar to those types of games, but is not as involved.
