Hi I am new to Hive dev.
I would like to develop web app on Hive chain.
I have several service ideas which can bring people from outside.
My development stacks are
- Flutter
- dhive
- Firebase
I have development several apps in other platform
- Mobile apps (Rect Native)
- Flutter web apps

Thie time I want to develop a new web app on hive.
Do you think I can apply to Hive Proposal for this development. I have concrete implmentation plan.
