Jesus and his disciples were in a boat and there was a great wind. The disciples had difficulty trying to stabilize the boat.
After trying all their efforts to no avail,they called on Jesus who was asleep.
He spoke to the winds and everywhere was calmness at once.
And when he was entered into a ship,his disciples followed him.
And,behold,there arose a great tempest in the sea,insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying ,Lord,save us: we perish.
And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
But the men marvelled,saying, What manner of man is this,that even the winds and the sea obey him!
Matt 8:23-27
~When faced with challenges,who do you call on?Have you been trying to do it on your own?
Call on Jesus today and He will calm every storm in your life.
He alone can carry your burden,friends and family might disappoint you but He will be there for you always.
Commit your ways to the Lord and He will direct your paths. He will fill your heart with gladness and joy.
