La vida es una sola...
¿Cuántas veces no has escuchado esta frase? y ¿en cuántas ocasiones no te la has dicho a ti mismo? calladito, o en voz alta ante la posibilidad de hacer algo para lo que no te animas. Lo cierto es que si, la vida es una sola y no podemos rendirnos.
Ella se nos presenta de muchas maneras y necesitamos discernir la que es realmente correcta para nosotros. Como la medicina que asertivamente el médico receta a un enfermo tomando en cuenta su condición, la vida presenta oportunidades que están dispuestas para cada uno de acuerdo a su circunstancia, a su condición. Quiere decir que lo que le suceda a muchos aunque estén en el mismo camino, puede que no te pase, porque siempre va a depender de ti y del lente que utilices para ver.
Como individuos estamos en constante cambio y llenamos nuestra existencia de momentos que son, al final día, los que nos hacen más, o menos felices. Necesitamos saber cual es nuestro propósito y si no lo sabemos construirlo, labrarlo. Que cada cosa que hagamos tenga un real y verdadero significado. Debemos tener en mente que por más que nos moleste o que en muchas ocasiones se nos imposibilite es necesario el tener una clara planificación basada en lo que queremos hacer y en cuando tiempo lo queremos.
El solo hecho de pensarlo, a veces nos produce mariposas en el estomago y en muchas otras, ansiedad, pero sabemos que esto puede significar muchas cosas buenas. La vida es una sola y eso solo puede significar para nosotros que requerimos vivirla al máximo, sin perdernos en las controversias y los problemas y otorgándole más sentido a las alegrías, por muy pequeñas que estas sean. Hay momentos en los que, por las diferentes dificultades que se nos presentan desde todo punto de vista, podríamos hasta sentir que "el universo se confabula en nuestra contra" y es entonces cuando desde nuestro ser debemos tratar de ver lo que sucede como parte del aprendizaje, dentro nuestro crecimiento y no como una suerte de castigo o prueba
La paz como modo de vida siempre va a ser la mejor de las elecciones y también una decisión muy personal que al tomarla. dejemos claro que no habrá nadie que pueda cambiarla. ¿Que encontrarás mucha gente que discrepe de tu forma de ver y vivir tu vida?, siempre va a pasar; sin embargo, eso no debe afectarte pues son puntos de vista ajenos a ti, a tu realidad.
Como madre de niños con autismo, me ha correspondido atravesar por muchas dificultades y la vida misma me ha puesto a elegir el modo en que estas me afectarían. Nunca ha sido fácil, por la simple razón de que los cambios profundos nunca lo son. Sin embargo, cuando reflexiono me doy cuenta que cada decisión tomada en pro de una mejor calidad de vida para mis hijos siempre ha valido la pena y entonces concluyo, si ellos están bien, mi vida está mucho mejor.
La vida es una sola y desde que nacemos nos propone, nos reta, nos alegra y entristece, nos enseña y nos regala el Poder de escoger.

How many times have you heard this phrase? And how many times have you said it to yourself? Quietly, or out loud when faced with the possibility of doing something you don't dare to do? The truth is that yes, life is only one and we cannot give up.

It presents itself to us in many ways and we need to discern the one that is really right for us. Like the medicine that the doctor assertively prescribes to a sick person taking into account his condition, life presents opportunities that are arranged for each one according to his/her circumstance, his/her condition. This means that what happens to many, even if they are on the same path, may not happen to you, because it will always depend on you and the lens you use to see.
As individuals we are in constant change and we fill our existence with moments that are, at the end of the day, the ones that make us more or less happy. We need to know what our purpose is and if we don't know how to build it, to carve it out. That everything we do has a real and true meaning. We must keep in mind that even if it bothers us or in many occasions it is impossible for us, it is necessary to have a clear planning based on what we want to do and when we want to get it.
Just thinking about it sometimes gives us butterflies in our stomach and sometimes anxiety, but we know that this can mean many good things. Life is one and that can only mean for us that we need to live it to the fullest, without getting lost in the controversies and problems and giving more meaning to the joys, however small they may be. There are times when, due to the different difficulties that we face from every point of view, we might even feel that "the universe is conspiring against us" and it is then when we must try to see what happens as part of our learning process, within our growth and not as a kind of punishment or test.div>
Peace as a way of life is always going to be the best choice and also a very personal decision that when we make it, let's make it clear that there will be no one who can change it. That you will find many people who disagree with your way of seeing and living your life?, it will always happen; however, that should not affect you because they are points of view that are foreign to you, to your reality.
As a mother of children with autism, I have had to go through many difficulties and life itself has made me choose the way in which these would affect me. It has never been easy, for the simple reason that profound changes never are. However, when I reflect, I realize that every decision made for a better quality of life for my children has always been worth it and so I conclude that if they are well, my life is much better.
Life is only one and from the moment we are born, it proposes us, challenges us, makes us happy and sad, teaches us and gives us the power to choose.
