When I was 6 years old, I didn't have money.

I didn't have shoes.

I didn't have toys.

But I had one thing: *My whistle*

Every day I would go to the field.

I put the whistle in my mouth and... *piiiiiiiiii*

All the kids came running.

They knew: _When the whistle sounds, the game starts._

I was small. I was poor.

But when I blew that whistle *I was the leader.*

---

*The whistle taught me 3 things:*

*1. You don't need money to start*

I had no ball. No field. No team.

I only had my voice. And it was enough.

*2. Leadership is about calling people*

I didn't force anyone.

I just called. With my whistle.

People came because they trusted me.

*3. Your voice is your power*

Even without shoes. Even without money...

My whistle gave me respect.

---

Today I have no money again.

But I have my words.

*My words are my new whistle.*

I write. I call people.

I start games again.

Maybe you also have a whistle.

Maybe it's your story. Your skill. Your voice.

You don't need to be rich to be a leader.

You just need to blow your whistle.

---

*What is your whistle?*
