Good Morning Steemians,
my photo for this week's Landscape Photography Contest.
In this photo we see the typical Umbrian hills and, in the background, the Rocca Maggiore of Assisi, built for the first time in the 12th century AD, during the reign of Emperor Federico Barbarossa, and after a few years damaged when the city passed to the papacy . It was rebuilt in 1356 AD and expanded and strengthened in the fifteenth century.
