Hello to all dear friends! I hope you are having an excellent start to this first week of the new year. I'm back to continue sharing my pictorial work, and this time I bring you a mixed media painting, made with acrylics and pens on cured cardboard.
This is a second proposal or search for the title "Internal Rituals". This time I wanted to insinuate a metaphor of meditation but in what could be that discomfort prior to calm, when the mind begins to worry about wanting to calm it, tame it, the mind loves the noise, the constant movement. How many voices we carry in our head, how many pre-established configurations that do not help us but cause us discomfort we carry with us. But it is not about rejecting the noise or shadow in us, it is about observing it, accepting it and integrating it.
