The marriage was made possible by a flaw in the Russian legislation. They married in Copenhagen, where it was allowed, then returned with documents and notarial translations to Russia, filed them in a multifunctional service center in Moscow, where they received the coveted stamp in their passport. All this became possible, thanks to the "back door" in the law of the Russian Federation. The law says that a marriage that is concluded abroad can be registered in Russia, if it does not contradict the 14th article of the family code. It turned out that the younger homosexual was having a birthday and his partner decided to give him a gift - 28 inch plasma. That's interesting, how the parents reacted to this little pervert ...
In general, I believe that it is necessary not only to prohibit such marriages at the legislative level, but also to do everything to prevent such at all. It is necessary to study this phenomenon and invent a medicine, for it is the curvature of the psyche.
