Uhm I'd just add that in this game, your monetary funds are totally in your care, so then it's your choice on how to manage them. Your plans to go about this is totally acceptable, laying down 20% is a great choice, at least you'd be having a bigger percentage to risk for even more profits and that's a nice investment plan.
