Learn What Affects You

I have realized that some of the time we have to find out the root cause of the things. Like what is bugging you. Does someone bugging you or someone doing something that is affecting you in any way. You have to find out what is affecting you and in general turning your mind and health bad.

If you can find that out you would realize that once you find the root cause rest becomes lot easier. So find out things that are affecting you in everyday basis.

Get Used to Annoyance

You may notice that once you realize that what is bugging you then you have to mind on what is annoying you vs what is affecting you.Like the sound of cars outside the house should annnoy you but not affect you unless you are tortured right?

So you have to get used to some of the things that you can't control. Most of the time you can easily do this. But otherwise you may require some self control in process.

Meditation

Originally part of the hinduism then buddhism and now every religion has the means of meditation and the way to connect with your own self. You have to learn to meditate and make sure to learn to separate yourself from the problem.

You are not your problem. You have to meditate and learn to separate your problems out of your body and mind. It takes a lot of time and the energy to get used to do that.

Learn to Be Still or Learn to Respond Not React

You have to also learn to be still not worry about things that are not in your control. And also you have to learn to respond and not react. When you react you exert more mind and body energy onto your own self and the others around you.

When you only react you invite problems like diabetes, high blood pressure and the high blood sugar. So you have to learn to respond and also learn to focus to be still.

Conclusion

When we have more self control over our actions, we tend to perform better. Like say you do better when any action is being observed. If you can do that you would have better self control.

How do you manage self control? :)
