We as a society has managed to glorify the success so much. And that has resulted in the ripple effect of how the failure is viewed as if you don't need to try new things in life or the people would be needing you anymore after that attempt. In short they view you like useless.
Why is this sort of the success worshiping cult has been going on in society?

We all know since the birth to the adulthood to the old age. We all are making the mistakes. And without those mistakes aka failure, the survival is pretty much difficult. But none of the people who worship the final outcome too much would be respecting that.
Failure Since Birth
We all used to be babies. We all learned to crawl then walk. And we managed to fall plenty of times. Our parents or someone who were our elders managed to save us plenty of times. And we failed so many times before we could walk normally. And that was a failure. But nobody talks about that.
Failure is Ignored Process
Failure is ignored like it is some sort of sin. Failure is a journey we take before we reach the final success. Failure is what we do while we interact with the nature, relations, peers, animals and everything that is going on while we are alive. No matter what we do one action is failure of or the lack of doing the another action.
Failures are Experiments
Failure that happens to us in everything are nothing but the experiments. Like say in science you do experiments in order to reach certain outcomes. And if you get the failure that means you are treating them like an experiment. So that process of reaching the success by conducting the experiment makes any failure a science process.
Failure is Manual of What Not To Do
Have you learned to drive the bike? or the car? You have list of things that you understand to do and not to do. And that makes you understand that failure has a big place in manuals like these. As the stake for life are higher when it comes to the driving. So you learn what to do and what not to do. Which makes a failure process a manual.
Conclusion
Failure is viewed as if you are sinner. And god does not want you. But in reality failure is the process. It is the science process where you learn what to do and not to do. So that makes it more scientific than any art or the success itself.
How do you view failure? Do you treat it as a worst or a treat it like a process?
